We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly repair it at no cost within the first 30 days of purchase.
Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, lost or loose stones, or lost jewelry. We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry privately to protect against loss or damage. For any warranty-related questions, feel free to reach out to us at nestedyellow@gmail.com.
Complimentary Resizing
We offer free ring resizing, including round-trip shipping, within 30 days of receiving your ring.
Ongoing Repairs
As a small studio, we’re committed to caring for your piece throughout its lifetime. We offer resizing, repairs, accent stone replacements, and refurbishments at a discounted rate for the life of your jewelry. Simply email us at nestedyellow@gmail.com to begin a repair. We recommend that you insure your large and center gemstones with your preferred insurance company.
Please note: We’re unable to repair platinum and items that have been altered by a third-party jeweler.
